Frequently asked questions
Where does my data go?
On the free plan, nothing leaves your browser. On Premium, the items you save are synced to our server, encrypted in transit, and you can export or erase everything at any time in the panel.
Does the AI read everything I browse?
No. It only reads the page when you ask. The extension does not record your browsing history.
What happens to the text the AI receives?
With cloud AI, the page text is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce the answer. Anthropic's API does not use that data to train models. With Chrome's AI, nothing leaves your computer.
Can the AI send emails without me knowing?
No. Everything it sends, creates or changes is shown to you for approval, with editable fields. Automations only use the tools you allowed and have a daily limit.
Do I need a Google account?
No. You create your account with an email and a password. Connecting Gmail and Calendar is optional and you can undo it any time by revoking access.
Does it work in other languages?
It works in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and the AI answers in the language you pick, even if the page is in another.
Is Chrome's built-in AI available to me?
It needs a computer with enough space and memory and an up-to-date Chrome. If it is not available on yours, Premium offers cloud AI.
How do I cancel?
In the panel, under Account, you manage or cancel the subscription. Your data stays in your browser.
